Shipping Policy: We normally ship each order out the same day or next day and turnaround will depend on the shipping option you choose. Please note that shipping times may increase during the holiday season. See Chart below. Shipping times are approximate, as follows:

Return Policy: We are so sure that you will love your natural product purchase that we guarantee it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 60 days and we will refund your purchase price (minus shipping). With this in mind, we encourage you to use your products for at least 30 days before deciding to return them. Natural products may take some time to work their "magic" because they are different from their conventional counterparts. Make sure you have read all the "Tips for Use" before deciding to return your product. In order to see best results, you may have a "detox" period where your body eliminates chemical ingredients from previous products. See our library of "Tips for Use of Natural Products" for more information. Please note that we do not accept returns for samples or travel sizes or returns for cosmetics due to color. We also encourage you to purchase a sample if you are trying out a new cosmetic or skin care product. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we can help you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your product with your order number and the details regarding your dissatisfaction. We will gladly refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs). For any product damaged in transit or otherwise defective, please contact us within 15 days with your order number and details and we will send you a replacement. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us by email first with the details, then return the unopened product to us in saleable condition. We will send the replacement product out to you when we receive the return. However, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost of the replacement products.
